Cancellation policy

Overnight, 3-Day, Midwinter, Mountain, and Lavu Tours:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount. Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival will be charged 75% of the total price. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100 % of the total price.

Day Tour, Coffee Break Tour, Lunch Tour, and Northern Lights Tour:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
